Custom Leagues

I just wanted to make a suggestion regarding custom leagues. Is there a way to have free smaller, private leagues?

Like some of the players on here, I work with a group of people and thought if there was a chance to introduce people through a smaller league they may try one of the larger leagues.

Besides have a league with just work people can be fun for us for trash talking. lol

Or you can all join a new league within the same divisions, or one to each division if you'd rather duke it out in the playoffs.
