No penalty for flag

Flag was thrown for holding by the offence on 2nd and goal on the 3yard line. TD was scored.
Next play was again 2nd and goal on the 3 yard line.
What happend to the penalty?

Offensive Play: Weak I Normal WR Corner TE Middle
