Making my Overall Roster Younger (meaning I'm not dealing a high 2nd round pick for an old veteran. But someone 5-6 years or less? Sure)

Still have a need on the OL and just getting younger, in general. DT might be another place I'd look to add talent.

Because I want to add young talent, I'm not likely to also now deal my 3rd round pick, but I would deal a veteran or two.
