QB Richard McNew (79/81)
He is a guy with high accuracy, vision, and the ability to look off defenders. But he's my backup and I'd deal him for a pick or pick swap since he is capable of starting somewhere or just being a great backup to have just in case.
LB Dana Butler (86/86)
8 of his skills have a rating of 96+. He makes a ton of plays, having 24 pass breakups and an INT last year, to go with his 82 tackles. If you missed out on a starting LB in free agency or the draft, he could step right in. I don't have to deal him, but I am willing to listen if I think it helps me down the road.
SLB William Silva (77/77)
100 in tackling ability, 100 in zone coverage, 87 in M2M. Line him up on the strong side or as your nickel/dime LB and let him help your pass defense. He's just been buried on my depth chart. Might be starting this year for me, but I'd move him for a pick or a pick swap.
