there are 6 openings in Ultimate Legends RO. think it would be best to have one full league as opposed to a few leagues at 66%

i invite all players who do not plan on paying for a subsription to migrate to a league that has an active admin. i wouldnt attempt to poach hard like this but considering the way things stand and that this is a numbered league without an active admin here we are
