Extremely vanilla camp for Kansas City.

1st rounder Mark Iliff (LG) came in 1 point higher than expected.
Ditto for 2nd round FS pickup Nicholas Parker

Round 3 WR James Bracken was a bit of a bust at -2 and that might make his Arrowhead career short-lived. Unless someone throws something away that reaches me, he probably stays on the roster but sees minimal action this season and gets cut in Year 2/3.

Round 4 FB Joel Dewees is the hero for Training Camp, emerging +3 and now finds himself the likely starter on the field at the position this season.

Round 5 C Dennis Creekmore came in exactly where he was expected to. I think he was an absolute steal at late Round 5 in the draft. He'll back up this season and I will cheer for his run blocking to grow toward its 100 max potential.

Rounds 6 and 7 FB Ben Perkins and WR Ronald OʻConner, respectively, each lost 5 points, which makes cutting them before they see a down of pre-season football a relative no-brainer.

So, yeah, I can't really think of a word to describe it other than vanilla. No surprised anywhere...the top picks stayed top picks, there was good and bad in the middle and the bottom rounds who were longshots opted to hit the eject button on themselves and remove the drama from the coaching staff in that regard.

Pleased with Clevland's camp overall, one of the best I've had

1st round guard +1/-1 - Bit disappointed as he was low volatility so hoped he'd improve a bit
2nd round DE +2/+2 - really pleased with this one as he was 90 volatility so was expecting him to bust
3rd round DE +11/+1 - pleased again more defensive line help
4th round CD +13/+8 - delighted with this one 70 volatility
5th round FB +18/+2 - Likely to be my starter off the bat
6th round TE +3/-1 - should provide depth, can't ask for much more from the 6th round
Undrafted RB +9/0 - very nice free agent pick up converted from fullback

Minnesota is pleased with their camp.

2-9 Andrew Rickman C 58/85 +8/+3 Rickman showed great promise as not only an olineman but a center specifically with 85 and 96 snapping. He takes away the starting center spot that was loaded to begin with.

3-8 Keith Perez LDE 45/80 +13/+4 Perez is more of a speed rusher but will top out his block shedding. He'll take over the starting spot at a position that actually needed a starter.

3-30 Charles Little LT 31/55 +2/-11
Total miss and cut.

4-19 Miguel Smith WR 39/70 +9/+7
Smith has great skills that can't be taught and good growth. He'll be an excellent receiver but likely for someone else as I'm overstocked at the position.

4-30 Carlos Clark WR 40/68 +9/+4 Clark has insane speed but didn't boom enough to surpass my elite WRs and found the trade block.

5-10 Charles Arledge 41/83 +6/+10 Arledge was a gamble with great physical tools and turned into a home run and a starter at the most important position on the line.

Free Agent
5-17 Tampa Bay. Gordon Stone 46/76 +13/+9 Stone is an excellent receiver. He has the speed, hands, run blocking, and kick return ability to be a always on the field player. He'll also be up for trade due to too many receivers.
