Had a garbage training camp and found out if you sign over 60 during the training sim the ai will automatically cut your best booming rookies.

i would think you would know NOT to have more than 60 because CPU will cut players you didnt want to have cut

You can carry over 60 all throughout the off-season. When training camp sims, you need to be at 60 AND under the salary cap.

Turned out to be a quite satisfactory camp for TB.

And the DT I ended up already cutting went 14/4.

You can jump above signing as long as you cut them by the next sim. I didn't realize training camp didn't adhere to that rule.
